See Create a Tournament.
How do I add match screenshots?

Result Calculation
How does automatic result calculation work?
PointIQ reads match result screenshots using OCR and processes the recognized information into calculated results for review.
Do I need result screenshots for automatic calculation?
Yes. Automatic result calculation requires appropriate result screenshots. If they are missing, PointIQ prompts you to add them.
Can I enter results manually?
Yes. PointIQ supports manual result entry when you prefer not to use automatic calculation.
See Manual Result Entry.
Is automatic result calculation always accurate?
No OCR system can guarantee perfect recognition. Screenshot quality, cropping, text recognition, and squad matching can affect the calculated result.
Always review the calculated values before finalizing a match.
What if PointIQ recognizes the wrong squad or elimination count?
Review the calculated results and correct supported values before finalization.
See Review and Finalize.
Finalization and Standings
Can I edit a match after finalization?
Finalized match results are normally read-only. Review all values carefully before finalizing.
How are tournament standings calculated?
PointIQ calculates tournament standings from finalized match results.
See Tournament Standings.
What happens when teams have equal total points?
PointIQ uses these tie-breaking rules in order:
- Total points.
- Total kills.
- Number of Booyahs.
- Total placement points.
Why can total points differ from kills plus placement points?
Bonus or penalty adjustments may affect the final total.
Review the match result details to understand the adjustments.
Screenshots and Data
Will my screenshots always remain available?
Screenshot availability depends on how the images are stored and recovered. Do not assume that all screenshots will remain accessible after clearing app data, reinstalling the app, or restoring a tournament.
Why does a finalized match show "Screenshots unavailable"?
The screenshot files may no longer be accessible even though the finalized result data is still available.
See Troubleshooting.
